Lawyers for Dr Michele Ferrari have requested that The Program, due to be released in Italy today, be sequestered from distributor Videa and are seeking damages. They claim that Dr Ferrari never administered EPO to Mr Armstrong.

Banned

Dr Ferrari was banned by both the Italian Cycling Federation and the US Anti-doping Association for aiding athletes in their use of performance enhancing drugs. Mr Armstrong has acknowledged that Dr Ferrari was his trainer until 2004. Source: Yahoo News
