French corporate boutique BDGC Associés has appointed Linklaters M&A partner Marc Loy, who is joining in September alongside Linklaters of counsel Thomas Meli. Linklaters associate Gauthier Verdon is also making the move.The hiring brings the number of parters at BDGS to eight, and all partners have a background at French stalwart Gide Loyrette Nouel. The firm was founded last year by a team of corporate partners from Gide.
