Clark Hill expands footprint on west coast

US firms Clark Hill and Morris Polich & Purdy have merged with the new firm now known as Clark Hill.

With more than 450 lawyers and professionals in 16 offices in nine states and the District of Columbia, the merger will substantially enhance Clark Hill’s ability to serve their clients throughout the country and beyond, a statement said. The company said that the merger 'significantly strengthened the firm’s depth of legal resources in a wide array of practices and industries, especially litigation'.
