Clyde to upgrade to fully integrated Saudi office

Clyde & Co has been given the go-ahead by the Saudi authorities to open up an office in Riyadh which will be fully integrated into the firm's international network.

Since 2009 the firm has worked with the Abdulaziz Al-Bosaily Law Office with which it has an association. The two firms will jointly operate the new company. The firm will have 13 fee earners based in Riyadh, including two partners. Jonathan Silver, Clyde’s head of Middle East and North Africa, said: ‘We have very high hopes for the growth of our Saudi practice through the new structure over the coming years.’ Source: Zawya
