Debt collection and threats of lawsuits from customers are the two largest legal threats for US small businesses, according to LegalShield.

The other main problems are internet security and contractual agreements, according to the insurer which specialises in selling cover to businesses with 100 employees or fewer. It conducted a survey to find out the main risks.
