The office will be run as a liaison office under the management of London-based senior partner Harold Paisner. Mr Paisner is registered at the Paris Bar. Mr Maggiar is a corporate finance specialist. He will remain as a consultant to the firm. A spokesperson for BLP said: ‘BLP has recently completed a review of the corporate finance practice in France.
