The Big Four accountant has recruited artificial intelligence specialist Matthew Whalley, head of risk at Berwin Leighton Paisner, to head the London-based legal risk team.

Matthew Kellett, head of EY's financial services law team, said: 'Systematic assessment and mitigation of legal risk is a relatively new area and combines EY’s legal ambitions with its proven expertise in the risk assessment and mitigation arenas.'
