Ford GC expected to join Bank of America

David Leitch, whose departure from the general counsel post of Ford was announced last month, is expected to be signed on in the same position at Bank of America.

Bank of America was said to be looking for a new general counsel this summer to replace Gary Lynch. Mr Lynch was said to be standing down as part of a major shakeup at the top level.
