Gallant joins Langlois lawyers' Montreal litigation group

Langlois lawyers has announced that Annie Gallant has joined the firm's litigation group in its Montreal office.

Miss Gallant acts in civil and commercial litigation files involving consumer law, competition law, banking law, product liability, shareholder disputes, municipal law and construction law and is frequently involved in complex litigation cases, including class actions, with major commercial, strategic and economic ramifications for a variety of industries and enterprises.

Civil and commercial litigation experience

Before joining Langlois lawyers, Miss Gallant practised civil and commercial litigation at a national firm. She has a civil law degree from Université de Montréal as well as a common law degree and a degree in translation from Université de Moncton. She was called to the Québec bar in 2010.
