GCs disclose areas of greatest concern

Reputation management, the lack of truly global law firms and 'useless, generic memos' are three of the issues which keep GCs awake at night, according to the New York Legal Marketing Association.

The association set the theme ‘What keeps you up at night’ for it annual General Counsel Forum. Other issues raised in the forum were: information storage and management, ‘clumsy pitches by would-be outside counsel’, ‘unreasonably firm billing demands’ and turnover and attrition in law firms.
