Greenberg Traurig has expanded its Warsaw office fotorince

Greenberg Traurig has added two leading real estate teams in Central Europe to its existing group with the addition of 12 new lawyers to its Warsaw office. Radomil Charzynski, formerly head of real estate at the Warsaw office of Allen & Overy, and Agnieszka Stankiewicz, formerly head of real estate at the Warsaw office of Norton Rose Fulbright, joined Greenberg Traurig as shareholders, along with two local partners and eight associates-bringing with them their entire teams.

Expansion

The addition of Mr Stankiewicz and Mr Charzynski follows the recruitment of veteran real estate lawyer Eric Rosedale, who joined the firm as chair of international real estate from Dentons in 2014. Mr Rosedale's role includes developing the firm's real estate practice outside of the United States. 'This is an exciting development for our International Real Estate Practice and a significant step in the growth and integration of our network and capabilities in strategic locations outside of the United States,' Mr Rosedale said. Included in the team who joined with Stankiewicz and Charzynski, are Karol Brzoskowski from Allen & Overy and Magdalena Zyczkowska-Jozwiak from Norton Rose. Both Brzoskowski and Zyczkowska-Jozwiak will be local partners. The group joins the 18 existing real estate specialists on the firm's team in Warsaw. Greenberg Traurig's Warsaw office, which opened in May 2012, has now grown to 80 lawyers.
