Murray Paterson, head of learning and development at Herbert Smith Freehills, said: 'People say things like, 'This has made the biggest difference in my professional life ever’.' Participants attended training of 90 minutes per week for between six and ten weeks. They are also expected to do 10 minutes of practice each day independently.

Mr Paterson says that just 10 minutes each day of mindfulness practice is enough to make a difference, but that the practice must continue after the course has finished for the results to be sustained. Source: Lawyers Weekly
