Hogan Lovells is to merge with a Boston law firm in a move to grow its life science and health practice. Collora, which also specialises in white collar crime, will join forces with the global giant on 1 September. Operating under the Hogan Lovells brand, the firm's 15 partners will practice in the same office managed by currentl Collora managing partner William Lovell. Boston has become a major growth area for biotech with many leading companies opening in the city and strong academic institutions such as MIT and Harvard.
