Jones Day wins accolades for consistent good service

Jones Day has topped a poll as the firm which recognises firms which outpace on client service.

The BTI Client Service A-Team report identifies the most successful law firm - those which deliver the absolute best client service on a consistent basis. The report says that regardless of size, practice offerings, or location, these client service leaders outpace all other law firms and enjoy 37 per cent higher revenue growth, 48 per cent higher profits per lawyer and 33.1 per cent higher client retention.

Skadden is number two for clients with Dentons following next. Latham Watkins and Cooley come fourth and fifth respectively. The report reveals that consistency is king and that clients are not interested in one-off performances. The law firms able to differentiate on client service have invested in superior service as a way of life. They impress clients with their savvy, outpace all other firms in service, and reap real financial benefits from their efforts.
