Main areas of co-operation are expected to be in the areas of corporate insurance and insurance dispute resolution. A statement on the AnJie website says: 'Kennedys and AnJie will be placing particular emphasis on assisting each other’s clients in acquisitions, investments, anti-trust, and dispute resolution and regulatory issues.' 

Similarities
