Stutman Treister is notable for advising on the Chapter 11 proceedings of companies such as Enron Corp and Lehman brothers, but their specialty is no longer in as high demand in the US.  According to US Courts data, Chapter 11 filings fell by more than a third from 2010 to 2013.  Stutman shareholders Jeffrey Davidson, Isaac Pachulski, and Gabriel Glazer plan to join Pachulski Stank Ziehl & Jones, a larger bankruptcy firm.  Source: Reuters
