The research revealed that 66 per cent of shopworkers and lawyers are unhappy with their lot. The dissatisfaction rating among lawyers is seen as something of a surprise given that some 60 per cent of them expect to win a large pay rise in 2015. Next in the unhappiness ratings are accountants and financiers who, like lawyers, are paid well above the national average wage.
