Leading Israeli firm merges with IT boutique
Shibolet & Co, a firm which runs to 90 legal staff in its Tel Aviv office, is merging with the boutique high tech practice Ben Zvi.

Shibolet already had an IT team which was one of the main ones in Israel. But it will now run to 28 lawyers including nine partners, following the arrival of Ben Zvi himself, an associate and four employed lawyers. Lior Aviam, partner and head of the Shibolet high tech team, said: ‘The addition of the Ben Zvi Israeli law firm will provide our practice with additional depth in volume and experience. It brings us dozens of technology companies and venture capital funds.’ Source: Globes
