Turnover went up to £29.6 million, while profit before tax went up by 11.5 per cent to £2.9 million. The business announced its first dividend of 1.895 pence per share.

Chief executive Mark Ward commented: 'These results represent a very solid start to our life as a Plc [public limited company] and I believe will serve to further raise our profile, differentiate us from our direct competitors and attract quality staff.' Source: Legal Business
