Historic attitudes favouring globalisation are fundamentally changing....
Respondents to a Robert Half survey shows that 39 per cent say that litigation would offer the biggest number of job opportunities in H2. Within this group, some 48 per cent said that insurance defence would be the biggest area of recruitment. Research from Robert Half also suggests that nearly two-thirds (64 per cent) of people recruiting are finding it 'somewhat or very challenging' to find lawyers with the skills they want. Mark Newman of the New York office said: 'There's been some difficulty reeling that talent in. ... The talent is there; I think it's just the ability to bring that talent in.'
