DTI has been engaged to provide a number of services including off-site transcription services for the Crown Courts in the Midlands region and for any proceedings other than those in the Crown Courts in England and Wales. It will also provide attendance-based transcription services, providing loggers and stenographers to attend hearings in the Criminal Division of the Court of Appeal and real-time transcription services for cases primarily sitting in the Crown Courts where the services are procured by the Ministry of Justice or the executive agencies of the Ministry of Justice.

Up to four year contract

Provision of these services will begin at the end of June with the contracts each running for up to four years.
