MoFo bulks up in Hong Kong by recruiting Winston disputes team

The former Asia head of the Winston & Strawn litigation group, Adrian Yip, has moved to Morrison & Foerster along with three associates.

Mr Butcher has been based in Hong Kong since 2007 and has advised on cases across Asia Seree Tansrisawat

Mr Yip is a specialist in 'Hong Kong-and China-facing cross-border disputes and complex commercial litigation', says MoFo. WIth 25 years of experience, and conducting business in both Chinese and English, Mr Yip has handled cases in a variety of fora. These include the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). 

Geneva closure for Winston & Strawn

The associates transferring with Mr Yip are Cliff Mok, Gary Yu Zeng and Jessica Chan. The trio have over fifteen years of experience in Hong Kong disputes and complex cross-border arbitration and investigation matters.
