Nabarro’s revenue grew from £126m to £130.4m over the course of last year, marking a slowdown on the 8 per cent lift recorded for 2014/15. Meanwhile, profit per equity partner (PEP) was up just 1.7 per cent from £576,000 to £586,000 after climbing 21 per cent in the previous financial year. Now in its fourth consecutive year of growth, Nabarro senior partner Nick Carvalho reports that the firm has spent the last year investing for its future: ‘This year in addition to continuing to grow we have invested quite significantly in promotions, with five internal promotions and ten lateral hires across our offices in the UK, Dubai and Singapore,’ he told Legal Business. The last year has also seen the firm pick up lucrative new clients, including BP and eBay, and win seats on top-tier panels such as Land Securities.
