Diversification strategy

The algorithm used to build iiara gives CMS real estate tax lawyers at the firm the possibility to handle large volumes of real estate transactions and provide notaries with the appropriate tax clause for each transaction, within a short time and for a reduced fixed cost. Notaries thus obtain, via iiara, a secured tax clause guaranteed by the expertise of specialists. The platform forms part of an innovation diversification strategy by CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats. The iiara platform has been created, tested and enhanced in close collaboration with clients of the firm, including the notary firm Etude Cheuvreux et Associes. Its launch is seen as just the beginning, and the platform is designed to evolve over time and continually adapt to the new expectations of its users.
