Thomson Reuters Elite, part of the legal professionals division of Thomson Reuters, has announced a new implementation partnership with ProLytics Consulting Group, a consulting firm which specializes in performance management, data analytics, and business intelligence.
The partnership enables Elite customers to access robust services and support for implementations of 3E budgeting and forecasting, including those that will be integrating the budgeting tool with ProLaw. 3E budgeting and forecasting is a web- and Microsoft Excel-based solution for the budgeting and forecasting of operating expenses, fee earner revenue, employee compensation, and capital expenditures. It integrates with 3E, Enterprise, and ProLaw, and quickly plugs into human resources and payroll systems to push global assumptions from a firm-wide level down to the individual fee earners and employees. Dashboards provide a single view into firm performance with drill-down capabilities and real-time alerts to help protect profits and plan with greater confidence. ProLytics has a long history of deploying such solutions for clients in the legal, banking and retail industries, among others, and supporting customers to combine tools, processes and analytics.
An implementation partnership is one of four current partnership categories with Thomson Reuters Elite and is a mutually beneficial relationship with partners that play an integral role in the legal practice management ecosystem. Implementation partners are focused on helping individual customers with services work, including product implementation, installation, data conversion, customization, integration services and more. The Thomson Reuters Elite partner program provides a one-stop global marketplace that fosters cooperation, streamlines the buy-sell cycle, aimed at achieving a competitive edge. Elite partners are experienced technology, services, and consulting organizations ready to innovate, collaborate, and help clients solve their most pressing business challenges.
