Historic attitudes favouring globalisation are fundamentally changing....
Accounts for Paul Hastings Europe LLP lodged with Companies House for the year ending 31 January 2016 show a 16 per cent rise in revenue to £96m and an impressive 50 per cent growth in profit from £20.2m to £30.2m. The revenue growth reflects the European arm’s larger headcount, which expanded from 120 to 131 fee-earners over the course of the year, including the addition of three new partners to the firm’s now 32-strong partnership. Paul Hastings has declined to provide an office-by-office breakdown of where the new revenue was generated, though it is known that the London office alone accounted for 58.1 per cent of total turnover across the LLP. Paul Hastings announced a 6 per cent increase in global turnover in March this year, with revenue hitting $1.06bn last year.
