James Simpson will be based in London where he has been based for 23 years and has built up an international practice - particularly focusing on project finance and infrastructure - through Europe, Russia, the Middle East and North Africa. Meanwhile, Stephen Jurgenson - who used to be managing partner of the Pillsubry Winthrop Shaw Pittman office in Abu Dhabi - will now be working out of Dubai.
