PLMJ has recently launched a specialised service for development of real estate projects and luxury retail shops in Lisbon.  The service, called 'Lisbon Investments & Avenida Luxury Retail Projects', is coordinated by partner Tiago Mendonça de Castro and will provide legal support for the development of real estate projects and the setting up of luxury retail shops in the city of Lisbon, including the Avenida de Liberdade, Baixa and Chiado corridor.

Huge potential

'The city of Lisbon and, in particular, Avenida de Liberdade, has seen huge development of its potential to attract new real estate investments, in particular, urban rehabilitation projects that bring dynamism to the city centre as well as projects to set up international luxury brands,' Mr Tiago Mendonça de Castro said in a statement. The project is aimed at real estate investors and retail operators who want to carry out projects involving urban rehabilitation, construction, real estate investment, setting up and licensing of retail stores for international brands and luxury items, hotels and restaurants in the city of Lisbon.
