Mr Davis is departing Reed Smith after just two years with the firm, which he joined in 2014 following nine years at Travers Smith. He will join Proskauer’s finance team in London, advising on acquisitions and leveraged finance facilities, corporate facilities and debt restructuring.

London expansion 

The firm’s expanding London office has also recently welcomed private equity real estate duo Jo Owen and Vikki McKay from DLA Piper, as well as former King & Wood Mallesons European corporate head Steven Davis.
