RPC hits £100m turnover mark

RPC has seen turnover hit £100m for the first time after its top line grew by 6 per cent, from £94m to 2014/15 to £100.5m in the last financial year.

Net profit increased by 1 per cent and although RPC did not provide an exact profit figure, data available in The Lawyer’s UK 200 report suggests the firm’s 2015/16 profit can be estimated at £31.3m.

Investments

The firm’s growth figures represent a decrease on the 2014/15 financial year, which saw revenue grow by 12 per cent from £84.1m. Managing partner Jonathan Watmough attributed the reduced figure to the firm’s investment throughout the year, which included the launch of insurance management consultancy RPC Consulting and the formation of a joint venture in Singapore with domestic firm Premier Law.
