Oslo: Magnusson moves in
The full-service office -- which formally opened earlier this month -- will focus on energy, corporate, mergers and acquisitions and litigation practices, reported Legal Week newspaper in London.
Natural step
Senior partner Per Magnusson described the association as a ‘natural step’, as ‘we have been working with Kluge for many years and know that we are a good fit, sharing the same values and client focus.’
Mr Magnusson expressed hope that the alliance with the 37-partner firm will give Magnusson a ‘competitive edge’ in the Baltic Sea Region.
Magnusson’s Oslo presence is the firm’s 10th office, having expanded into the Estonian capital Tallinn earlier this year. The firm is reportedly aiming to gain offices covering the entire Baltic region.
