Scots firm takes radical route to leadership

Anderson Strathern appoints six directors for leadership training drive with promoted specialists groomed as future bosses of the firm.

Six new directors at the firm will take part in a bespoke leadership training programme, which includes business development skills, coaching, business financials and each will have a partner mentor from outwith their own practice area. 

Bespoke programme

The chosen six for the bespoke programme are Victoria Simpson (Private Client), Gary Burton, Sarah Philips and Robbie Wilson (Dispute Resolution), Neil Fraser and Jon McGee (Commercial Real Estate) have all been promoted. The new directors will work closely with Anderson Strathern’s managing partner Murray McCall and the firm’s chair Bruce Farquhar. They join existing directors Neil Amner (Infrastructure, Transport & Brexit), Nick Howie (Corporate) and Pamela Keys (Employment).
