US, Australia and UK top global legal rankings by university

Of the top 15 places, the US takes 6, followed by Australia (5) and the UK (4) - with the next countries, France and New Zealand, appearing in 18th and 19th places respectively.

Harvard tops the poll Jorge Salcedo

Harvard in the US comes 1st (with a 96.70 score), followed by the UK’s Cambridge University (96.00) and then the UK’s Oxford (94.00). Yale in the US comes 5th, followed by the first Australian mention in the form of the University of Melbourne. 

Australians in demand

With so many mentions in the top 15, Australia appears to be supplying lawyers for export to the UK and US. Some of the Australian universities are particularly well regarded in the UK - as they offer tuition based our intriguing fictional case studies. The Sorbonne comes 18th. New Zealand’s Victoria University of Wellington is 19th. The University of Hong Kong is 20th. The University of Toronto takes 21st place for Canada. Source: QS World University Rankings
