The firm has announced a record half year revenue of £44m, up 7.3 per cent on the previous year and the first financial results since the introduction of its new structure and strategy in May 2017. The news comes as the firm recruits Bob Granger to the role of Group Finance Director. He joins the firm from Lakeland, where he was Finance and Retail director for 13 years and instrumental in the transformation of the business into a digitally focused and international business. Mr Granger's career spans retail, technology, hospitality and professional services, having also worked at Vodafone and PWC in a number of senior finance roles. New strategy

The last twelve months has seen the firm embrace new technology and ways of working and unveil a new structure and five year strategy, after undertaking the biggest and most ambitious strategic review for decades. Growth areas include litigation, corporate, real estate, regulatory, disease, speciality insurance, healthcare and local government/police.Managing partner John Schorah added: 'We are extremely proud of our results for half year, our best to date which set us on course for further growth over the coming months.
