Weil Gotshal cuts partner promotions by a third
Weil Gotshal & Manges has cut from 12 to eight the number of people it is promoting into the partnership.
The promotions are being made in three offices only - New York (four), London (three) and Dallas (one). Three of the new partners work in private equity and two work in tax.
