West and Kardashian lawsuit offers a choice - $30 million or an apology

A lawsuit filed against a former employee of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian offers an interesting choice for the defendant.

According to TMZ.com, Steve Sanulis was a bodyguard for the celebrity couple and signed a confidentiality agreement agreeing that he would not reveal any information about them publicly. However, Mr Sanulis has given at least three less-than-flattering interviews since leaving their service in which he claims he was fired for ‘chatting up’ Kim and has been slapped with a $30 million lawsuit. The figure relates to a clause in the agreement that sets a $10 million figure for each interview given. But there is an alternative detailed in a letter from the couple’s lawyer: Mr Sanulis is off the hook if he agrees to say nothing more and makes a public apology to the couple.
