High-powered women rule the moves in a women-only list around the house this week.

A top UBS in-house lawyer in London is joining Hogan Lovells. Arwen Handley is joining the firm’s financial services litigation practice, having previously spent 16 years at major international banks, joining UBS in 2014 2014 as its EMEA head of litigation. Ms Handley most recently served as the bank’s managing director and global head of group investigations governance, reporting and whistleblowing management. She will be based in Hogan Lovells’ London office starting May 7.

Leslie Zmugg, who has spent two decades at Caterpillar, most recently as general counsel and secretary for Cat Financial, the company’s financial services unit, has left the equipment and engine manufacturer to join Boston-based Gordon Brothers, an advisory, restructuring and investment firm. Ms Zmugg is now general counsel at Gordon Brothers, leading the firm’s global legal function. She previously spent two decades at Caterpillar,. In her new role she also serves as a strategic counsel and corporate adviser as part of the firm’s executive and investment committees. Ms Zmugg, who is based in Boston, succeeds Michael Chartock, who is launching a new litigation claims business at Gordon Brothers.

Royal Mail legal head is en route to easyJet, the low-cost airline. Maaike De Bie is to join as general counsel and company secretary at easyJet, with a start date yet to be determined. Ms De Bie joined Royal Mail as deputy general counsel in 2014, spending seven months as interim gc before landing the top job in 2016.

Akili Interactive, a digital medicine company creating prescription treatments for people living with cognitive dysfunction, has named Jacqueline Studer as its senior vice president and general counsel. Ms Studer has decades of experience providing legal strategy and support to large and emerging growth healthcare companies. Prior to joining Akili, she served as corporate vice president, general counsel and secretary at IDEXX Laboratories, where she led the legal, compliance and regulatory departments.

Entasis Therapeutics Holdings Inc, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of novel antibacterial products, has announced the appointment of Elizabeth Keiley as general counsel. Ms Keiley’s primary responsibility will be to manage the company’s legal activities and to lead its compliance and corporate governance functions. Ms. Keiley is a seasoned attorney and has served in several in-house counsel positions for various healthcare companies. Prior to joining Entasis, Ms. Keiley was senior vice president, general counsel at Oxford Immunotec, a UK-based diagnostics company.

AF Poyry has appointed Susan Gustafsson as general counsel and a member of group management. She will be taking up her post in September 2019, at the latest. Ms Gustafsson joins the company from the role of group general counsel at Nordic Entertainment Group, where she was in charge of a legal department consisting of a global team of some 35 employees, with responsibility for risk assessment and security, corporate governance, acquisition processes, compliance and strategic legal counsel to the CEO and board of directors.

General counsel veteran Diane de Saint Victor has been appointed independent director at Natixis, a French multinational financial services firm specialized in asset & wealth management, corporate & investment banking, insurance and payments. Ms de Saint Victor began her career in 1977 as counsel at Lyon-Caen & Thiriez, gping on to successive senior appointments at  Thales, General Electric in France and the US, Honeywell International and then EADS/Airbus Group in France. Since 2007, she has served as company Secretary, general counsel and member of the executive committee of ABB Ltd Group in Zurich.
