The case which Triumph had filed in Quebec Superior Court alleged that Bombardier failed to pay for expenses related to changes in the design of wings for the Global 7000 business jet. However, Bombardier rejected the allegations arguing that the changes were made collectively by both sides and were within the scope of its contract with Triumph.

Not cause delays

Bombardier spokesman Mark Masluch said that the legal dispute would not cause delays in the aircraft's deliveries and had not damaged its commercial relationship with Triumph which continues to support the Global 7000. The Global 7000 had its maiden flight last November and is scheduled to enter into service next year.
