Bovis Homes outsources legal department
The company has appointed one law firm and outsourced its 25 strong legal department.

The legal department of Bovis Homes is to be outsourced. Law firm Davies & Partners will take on the 25 lawyer team after it won the work from the property company. The company already uses the law firm for a range of services and will now allocate most of its work to the partnership. Earlier this year, it appointed Linklaters was appointed as its adviser on a potential takeover offer.
