Two in three law departments are expecting a heavier workload as they prepare for Brexit, according to research for the GC Futures Summit 2016. A number of companies have set up Brexit teams as the exit of Britain from the European Union looks set to create a myriad of legal issues from basic contracts to insurance issues. With little insight from the British Government on how it will work, companies are having to prepare for a wide range of risks.
