In 2011, he was a lead negotiator throughout the legal drama that involved the Federal Trade Commission claiming that Facebook violated their user’s rights by sharing so-called ‘private’ information. He will replace Ted Ullyot who has held the position since 2008. Mr Stetch’s new responsibilities at Facebook include the oversight of its legal and security departments, according to Compliance Week.
