Krebs predicted that in-house lawyers will have to create better compliance and governance initiatives, considering the recent regulations which tightened compliance rules.  He said: ‘The GC can facilitate the efforts to identify and create or implement the conditions, principles and practices that lead to good governance.’  Source: Corporate Counsel
