Commercial law firm Radius Law has joined forces with contract manager ContractPod, a technology solution for contracts. Aimed principally at general counsel across the UK, the collaboration has been set up to harness contract automation, workflow automation and contract lifecycle technology. Part of NewGalexy Services Ltd, ContractPod is a single touch point document and contract assembly and lifecycle management solution. It allows users to assemble, automate, sign and manage all their contracts and documents.

Digital transformation

As part of the strategic alliance, Radius Law will now offer its client base access to ContractPod, in addition to its high value legal services. The strategic alliance is expected to support digital transformation of many in-house legal teams across the UK. This hand-in-glove approach is thought to enable both parties to provide technology led contract management services to support the needs of GCs. 

Collaborative solutions
