Taylor Wessing corporate partner duo Thomas Dormer and Tim Heitling will be joining Bakers’ office in Berlin on 1 August after three years apiece with their old firm. Senior associates Claire Polte and Daniel Neudecker will also be joining them, moving up to partner level at Bakers. ‘With these two colleagues and their team we are expanding our expertise in the energy and infrastructure sector significantly,’ commented Nikolaus Reinhuber, Bakers’ German co-head of M&A and corporate. The firm currently has offices in Germany in Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt and Dusseldorf.
