Many firms are expected to be planning a similar move, according to the firm’s Asia head, Winston Zee. He told Legal Week: ‘Once the regulations come out I can see that there will be a flood or wave of applications by international firms and we will be among those firms.’  The move will have to be made through a joint venture with a local firm.
