Mr Di Pietro joins as counsel from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Tokyo where he had been transferred for a secondment to a Japanese client. Initially based in London, Domenico will be commuting between Bryan Cave’s offices in the UK and the US. He has represented major corporations and sovereign states in international commercial and investment treaty disputes, both ad hoc and those administered by institutions. He has just returned to Europe after two years in Tokyo where he dealt with a wide range of arbitrations in a variety of sectors, including construction, energy and financial services.
