CC head of banking in Germany leaves for Latham
Alexandra Hageluken, head of banking and capital markets at Clifford Chance in Germany, has become the third German CC partner to join Latham & Watkins this year.
The Clifford Chance website describes the Frankfurt-based lawyer as advising 'a broad range of clients on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including public takeover transactions'. She has been head of the German banking and capital markets practice at Clifford Chance since she was elected to the role by colleagues in May 2013.
Head of corporate at CC
At Latham, she joins forces once more with the former head of corporate at CC in Germany, Oliver Felsenstein, and with Burc Hesse, a private equity specialist who also used to be at CC. Both of them left to join Latham & Watkins in February. Sources: Clifford Chance; The Lawyer
