CC replaces finance and capital markets leaders

Clifford Chance's managing partner Matthew Layton has used his new freedoms to replace the heads of the finance and capital markets practices.

London-headquartered law firm Clifford Chance is revamping its management team Jeremy Reddington

Mark Campbell, head of finance, is standing down from the firm’s management committee five months prematurely, to be replaced by finance partner Robert Lee. Mr Lee also becomes head of the newly created global financial markets team. Capital markets head David Dunnigan is also standing down five months early and his place is being taken by Adrian Cartwright.

Eleven posts

A new role, representing continental Europe, is being created on the committee, to be filled by Yves Wehrli, head of the Paris office. The new committee has eleven roles represented on it, divided into three global business units, four regional managing partners and six executive positions (including Matthew Layton’s).
