Mark Campbell, head of finance, is standing down from the firm’s management committee five months prematurely, to be replaced by finance partner Robert Lee. Mr Lee also becomes head of the newly created global financial markets team. Capital markets head David Dunnigan is also standing down five months early and his place is being taken by Adrian Cartwright.

A new role, representing continental Europe, is being created on the committee, to be filled by Yves Wehrli, head of the Paris office.
