Caldic is an international distributor and producer of food ingredients, chemicals and technical products.The completion of this agreement strengthens Caldic’s strong position in Canada in its aim to become a leading North American food ingredient solution provider. Other advisors include Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, local counsel to Caldic Canada and Cognition LLP which acted as legal counsel to the sellers.
