Dechert wins Singapore licence

Dechert is opening an office in Singapore, eight months after applying for a licence, taking the firm to 27 offices worldwide.

The office will be staffed initially just by partner Dean Collins - but the firm is seeking licences for two associates who will work from the Hong Kong offices until they can move to Singapore.
